Bringing comfort, clarity & confidence.
My goal is simple — to help individuals and small business owners feel at ease with their taxes, stay compliant, and walk away knowing more than when they came in. I love to share what I know and educate every client along the way.
15 Years at the IRS
For 15 years, our founder served as an Internal Revenue Agent with the Department of the Treasury — Internal Revenue Service, working within the Small Business / Self-Employed division.
That experience means a deep understanding of how the IRS thinks, what triggers questions, and how to keep your records audit-ready. It also means real empathy for the pressure small business owners feel at tax time.
As an Enrolled Agent and licensed Notary Public of Virginia, GANVA Management offers a full circle of services so you never have to chase down multiple providers.

A little more about me.
Born in Columbia, South Carolina to Victoria and Clyde Bennett, I'm a proud native of the Hampton Roads area — the 757. I'm a graduate of Maury High School in Norfolk, where my roots in this community first took hold, before going on to earn my B.S. in Accounting & Finance at Virginia State University and my MBA from Regent University.
Above all, I'm a proud mom to my amazing daughter — a bright, smart young lady and an All-Star Cheerleader following right in my footsteps, because cheer is in our blood. She inspires me every single day. I'm a Christian woman guided by faith in everything I do, and you'll often find me on the sideline of the judges' table as a dedicated cheerleading official for the Virginia High School League (VHSL), volunteering in my community, or advocating for the American Cancer Society — a cause especially close to me after losing my mom to breast cancer in May 2017. I've also had the honor of serving as a facilitator for the American Cancer Society's Look Good Feel Better program, helping women navigating cancer treatment feel confident and cared for.
Professionally, I spent 15 years with the Department of the Treasury — IRS, and today I serve with the Department of Homeland Security. In between, I took a full year to work on myself and pour into a vision that became GANVA Management. So here we are.
I'm also building something close to my heart — The Victorious Foundation, a nonprofit in honor of my mom, founded on the belief that
"Every fighter deserves to feel victorious."
